Critical review and development of future strategy for the economic development activities of the Shaping the Future Ambassadorial network

STRATEGY

Drawing on our specialist expertise in the field of network development – from inception to delivery – combined with understanding of the sensitivities in working with public bodies on publicly funded activity involving multiple stakeholders, we devised and undertook a diagnostic review of the objectives and outputs of the Ambassador Project through structured research with stakeholders and Ambassadors themselves.

OUTPUTS

Detailed project proposals for the Ambassador’s project management organisation to secure future funding, including scenarios designed to draw in commercial backing with detailed project plans for future Ambassador activity and measurement system to confirm Return on Investment.
